1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the OMVAGMINE’S application from the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
OMVAGMINE offers a digital image editing and creative transformation application that provides including:
- Restore old images
- Cartoon portrait creation
- Age transformation
- Casual attire and smart outfits photos editing
- Funky styles enhancement
- Background scene editing
Results may vary depending on original image quality.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You own or have rights to uploaded images.
- Uploaded content does not violate copyright or privacy laws.
- Illegal, abusive, or explicit content is not permitted.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Certain features may require payment through Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Billing and refunds are handled according to Apple policies.
5. Intellectual Property
- The OMVAGMINE’S application and technology remain our property.
- Users retain ownership of uploaded images.
- Edited samples may be used for portfolio display unless confidentiality is requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
OMVAGMINE is not responsible for:
- Misuse of edited images
- Copyright issues arising from user-uploaded content
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
