This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile applications, AI tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Definitions and Key Terms
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms apply. A “Cookie” refers to a small piece of data created by a website and stored by your browser, used to identify your browser, provide analytics, and remember information such as language preferences. “Company” refers to NexTech Apps, the entity responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy. “Country” refers to India, where NexTech Apps and its founders are based. “Customer” refers to any person or entity that uses NexTech Apps to access services. A “Device” means any internet-connected device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, that can access our Apps. An “IP Address” refers to a unique number assigned to devices connected to the internet, used for communication and approximate geographic identification. “Personnel” refers to individuals employed by or contracted by NexTech Apps to provide services. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or can identify an individual, directly or indirectly. “Service” refers to the applications, AI tools, and services provided by NexTech Apps. “Third-Party Service” refers to service providers or partners that assist in delivering and maintaining our Services. “Website” refers to our official website and related pages operated by NexTech Apps. “You” refers to the individual using our App or Services.
Data Protection and Legal Compliance
NexTech Apps operates from India and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), relevant UK data protection regulations, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable. We do not sell your personal information. Any data processed through our Service is used solely for providing and improving our applications.
Photos, Videos, and Face Data
When using our Service, you may choose to upload, capture, or import photos and/or videos for editing and AI-powered processing. These photos and/or videos are processed only to provide the features you request, such as face swapping, facial enhancement, facial analysis, and other AI-based editing tools.
When face-related features are used, the app may temporarily process facial feature data derived from your selected photos and/or videos. This may include facial landmarks, contours, texture data, and pixel-level information from image or video frames necessary to generate the requested output. This processing occurs solely for functionality purposes. Our app only requests access when necessary for core functionality including Camera access is used only to capture photos and videos for AI-powered editing features such as face enhancement and face swap. Photo and video Library access is used so users can select photos and/or videos for editing and save the processed results back to their device. Microphone access, if requested, is used only when recording videos within the app. Any face data derived from uploaded photos or videos is processed solely to generate the requested editing results and is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
We do not perform biometric identification. We do not identify individuals. We do not create or maintain biometric identity databases. We do not use facial data for surveillance purposes.
Photos, videos, and derived face data are securely transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). They may be temporarily stored on secure cloud servers strictly for processing. All uploaded photos, videos, and derived facial feature data are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing is completed. Media files remain stored locally on your device unless you delete them.
We do not share photos, videos, or facial data with advertisers, marketing partners, analytics providers for profiling, or data brokers.
Information We Collect
In addition to photos and/or videos you voluntarily provide, we may collect limited technical information necessary for app functionality and improvement. This may include device type, device identifier, operating system, app version, IP address, language preference, installation date, and general usage data. This information is used exclusively to maintain app performance, enhance features, improve stability, and fix technical issues. Uploaded media is not used for advertising analytics or behavioural tracking.
Subscriptions and Payments
Our Apps may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription plans, and in some cases a free trial may be available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription price.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings by navigating to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, receive, or store credit card details or other payment information. We only receive confirmation from Apple that your subscription is active in order to enable premium features.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our Service, such as secure cloud hosting providers and infrastructure partners. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for providing services on our behalf.
We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect public safety, to enforce our Terms, or to defend legal claims. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or business reorganization, user information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the protections outlined in this Privacy Policy.
International Data Transfers
Because NexTech Apps operates from India, your information may be processed or stored in other countries where our secure service providers maintain infrastructure. By using our Service, you consent to such international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure cloud infrastructure, and access control measures. However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded photos, videos, and derived face data are permanently deleted within 24 hours after processing. Subscription confirmations are managed by Apple. Support communications may be retained as necessary to resolve inquiries. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or request portability of your personal data. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA, including the right to request disclosure or deletion of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including photos and/or videos, from children under 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by NexTech Apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. Once you leave our Service, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
