AI Photo Retouch – Smart Photo Editors
Effective Date: February 18, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and AI Photo Retouch (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the AI Photo Retouch mobile application.
By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use AI Photo Retouch on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple’s usage rules.
2. Application Description
AI Photo Retouch is a digital image editing application that provides services including:
- Restore old images
- Cartoon portrait creation
- Age transformation
- Casual attire and smart outfits photos editing
- Funky styles enhancement
- Background scene editing
- AI photo retouch and creative online expression tools
The application is intended for personal and lawful use only.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You own or have permission to use all uploaded images.
- You will not upload content that violates copyright, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
- You will not use the application for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The application, including its software, design, features, and technology, remains the property of AI Photo Retouch.
Users retain ownership of uploaded images and edited outputs, subject to applicable laws.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- Some features may require payment through Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.
- Payments and refunds are handled according to Apple’s billing policies.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the application.
- Attempt to extract source code.
- Use the application in a way that could harm or overload services.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend access if you fail to comply with this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
AI Photo Retouch is not liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from edited images
- User misuse of content
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Apple-Specific Terms
- Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local law.
